Diaz Motor Exchange provides vehicle preparation, marketing, and sales assistance services. We do not guarantee vehicle sale price, timeline, or outcome. We are not a licensed dealership or broker unless otherwise stated.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

You agree that all information provided about your vehicle is accurate, complete, and truthful. You are solely responsible for vehicle ownership, disclosures, title status, liens, and compliance with applicable laws.

NO LIABILITY AFTER SALE

Once a vehicle has been sold, transferred, or delivered, Diaz Motor Exchange assumes no responsibility for vehicle condition, buyer disputes, mechanical issues, or legal claims. All responsibility remains with the vehicle owner.

PAYMENTS & FEES

Any service fees, including the $200 non-refundable fee, are required to begin services and secure a client spot. Fees are non-refundable once services commence.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and media, is the property of Diaz Motor Exchange and may not be copied or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Diaz Motor Exchange shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.
